As a Vice President at Capital Mortgage Funding Billy is entering his 23^rd year in residential lending. During 12 of these years he was ranked by Mortgage Originator Magazine as one of the nations top 200 Loan Originators. Billy has been married for 16 years to Tracy and is the proud father of Stephen and Jake.  Community service minded, he has been a volunteer high school and youth coach for over twenty years. His influence over area youth is legendary. He has former players in the NFL, NCAA and also spread throughout the country in numerous business capacities. Many of these young men mention Billy’s guidance as part of the driving force behind their transition from youth to successful adult.

As a Vice President at Capital Mortgage Funding Rich is entering his 16^th year in residential lending. During this time Rich has been a big reason for TEAM SLOBIN’s national ranking. His business sense and computer savvy have helped propel them to new heights over the last 16 years. As a way of giving back to the community Rich enjoys spending his free time coaching youth league football.
